Job summary

Key Private Bank (KPB) seeks a Senior Relationship Manager to serve high net worth clients, developing financial strategies and coordinating an advisory team to deliver personalized banking, borrowing and investment solutions. You will build and deepen client relationships, collaborate with internal and external partners, and drive growth through referrals and new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Master's degree in business or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of sales and business development experience with proven results (required).
• FINRA licenses and CFP/CIMA/CPA/CFA are preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client advisor by recommending banking, borrowing and investment solutions.
• Lead and coordinate the extended advisory team based on relationship complexity.
• Develop client financial plans and present solutions through reviews and meetings.
• Meet/exceed sales goals by expanding relationships and generating new business.
• Maintain a robust prospecting pipeline and participate in community sourcing.
