You’ll develop financial plans, lead a multi-discipline team, and expand client relationships while achieving sales goals in a hybrid environment. The role requires 7+ years in sales/BD, advanced business education or equivalent credentials (FINRA licenses, CFP/CFA/CPA, CWS, JD preferred).

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales and business development with proven results.
• Bachelor's or higher in business-related field preferred.
• FINRA, CFP, CFA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent credentials preferred.
• Licensed attorney/JD may be required depending on state.
• Strong knowledge of investments, trust and banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary advisor to high net worth clients.
• Lead advisory team including trust and planning professionals.
• Develop financial plans and present solutions to clients.
• Meet sales goals by expanding relationships and closing referrals.
• Prospect and source new business through internal and external networks.
• Maintain knowledge of products and competitive offerings.
• Ensure compliance with KeyBank policies.
