• Acts as the primary client advisor by recommending banking, borrowing and investment solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Leads, coordinates, and assembles the extended advisory team based on relationship complexity.
• Develops a comprehensive understanding of client needs and crafts financial plans.
• Prepares and delivers client presentations, and presents financial solutions via consultative reviews.
• Meets or exceeds sales goals by expanding relationships, closing referrals, and acquiring new business growth.
• Maintains pipeline through prospecting and referrals; participates in community organizations for business development.
