Job summary

Key Private Bank in Akron, OH seeks a Relationship Manager to serve high-net-worth clients, developing and implementing financial strategies and coordinating with the extended advisory team to deliver tailored banking, borrowing and investment solutions.

You will build and manage a client book, expand relationships, present financial plans, and collaborate with internal partners to acquire new business while upholding Key's ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business related field or equivalent work experience (required)
• 5 years of demonstrated sales and business development experience with proven results (required)
• Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) (preferred)
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) (preferred)
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) (required)
• Resident State Insurance Licenses (Life, Variable, and Accident/Health or Life & Disability) (required)

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client advisor by recommending banking, borrowing and investment solutions.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs and capture goals in a financial plan.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, individually and as part of a team.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by expanding existing relationships and closing referrals.
• Maintain a pipeline via referrals from internal and external sources.
• Participate in community organizations to source business development opportunities.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of wealth management and brokerage services and competitors.
• Perform other duties as assigned; adapt to changing responsibilities.
• Comply with KeyBank policies and professional conduct.
