Salary ranges from $83,500 to $120,000 per year and will be commensurate with skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead PRD client engagement strategies including business development, brand development, and event planning.
• Collaborate with PRD leadership to enhance skills in digital transformation and client engagement.
• Develop and implement initiatives to grow loans, deposits, and non-interest income.
• Oversee Private Banking segment product and service initiatives, marketing, and promotions.
• Supervise the Private Banking enrollment process for a seamless client experience.
• Engage with bank partners to foster collaboration and understanding of the Private Banking program.
• Present strategies and updates to bank partners and PRD staff.
