Raymond James is seeking a Client Services Representative for Fulfillment & Production to coordinate the end-to-end Private Banking loan account process and deliver exemplary client service. You will partner with Sales, Portfolio Management, counsel, Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate data, timely processing, and a premier client experience across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of financial industry experience, including 2 years of bank operations and/or client service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assures complete and accurate client data is captured in the loan application, internal systems, and loan documentation.
• Works closely with Private Bank Fulfillment and Production Team to support client requests.
• Partners with relationship managers, inside sales reps, portfolio managers, internal and external counsel, compliance, borrowers, and all authorized parties for each transaction.
• Through attention to detail, provides a premier client experience across all client engagements.
• Collaborates with other operations teams to enhance current processes.
• Participates effectively in assigned projects.

The Client Services Representative – Fulfillment & Production position effectively coordinates the end-to-end Private Banking loan account process and provides exemplary service and support to our clients. Incumbents may be required at times to focus on a specific functional area of the Private Bank Fulfillment and Production team, such as application intake, document generation, processing modifications, or initializing money requests. This position must partner effectively with the full Sales organization, Portfolio Management, Internal and External Counsel, Compliance Financial Advisors, and all other authorized parties affiliated with each Private Banking transaction in order to deliver a premier client experience across all client engagements.

• Analytical problem-solving capabilities

• Bachelor’s Degree required

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $19.88/hour - $26.51/hour
