PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Client Service Associate for its Private Bank, with base in Houston, TX or Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on developing long‑term client relationships and delivering exceptional service across a range of transactions and inquiries.

You will learn and leverage new technologies to support client consultations, actively manage expectations, and drive client satisfaction through proactive service improvements in an in‑office environment.

Qualifications

• University/college degree with <1 year of professional experience or completion of a development program.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• No additional certifications required.
• No license required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains long‑term client relationships.
• Actively manages client expectations to ensure maximum satisfaction with products and service.
• Provides exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests, inquiries and transactions (e.g., money movement, demographic update, beneficiary administration, security transfers, credit transactions, research requests).
• Identifies opportunities for use of digital tools to offer self‑service solutions.
• Serves as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and escalates issues to senior leadership.
• Communicates with internal partners to identify potential issues and collaborates to resolve problems.
• Learns and understands existing and upcoming technologies to support client consultation and requests.
• Proactively works to determine service improvements and solicit client input to drive satisfaction.
