Job summary

The Private Banking Relationship Specialist at S&T Bank provides high-touch operational support and exceptional client service to drive relationship growth across the Indiana, Altoona, and Greensburg markets. You will assist Private Banking Representatives and leadership with strategic team activities and QBRs.

Requires a four-year college degree and 2–5 years of general and specialized experience. This role may involve flexible hours and travel as needed to meet department objectives.

• Requires two to five years general experience and two to five years specialized experience.

Responsibilities

• Account & Client Service Excellence
• Learn products, services and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Contribute to the growth and retention of deposit and loan customers.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust—ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs
• Process and renew Certificates of Deposit (CDs) with accuracy and attention to detail
• Efficiently open and close client accounts while ensuring a seamless and professional onboarding experience
• Manage follow-up on ULOC portfolio coordinating between private banker and the underwriting team
• Oversee Median Link system updates and related follow-up activities.
• Provide dedicated, high-level support to Private Banking Representatives and their clients
• Partner with lines of business groups to meet banking needs and deliver outstanding client service
• Serve as a direct support to the Director of Wealth & Private Banking
• Assist in the planning and coordination of team activities, events, and strategic initiatives
• Support the preparation and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and related leadership initiatives
