Job summary

Magnit seeks a Client Services Representative – Fulfillment & Production to coordinate end-to-end Private Banking loan account processes and deliver premier client service in Pittsburgh. You will partner with relationship managers, portfolio managers, counsel, compliance, and other teams to capture accurate client data, generate documents, and support money requests while continuously improving processes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least four years in financial services,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of financial industry experience, including 2 years in bank operations and/or client service preferred.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates end-to-end Private Banking loan account process and provides premier client service.
• Captures complete and accurate client data in loan applications and documentation.
• Collaborates with relationship managers, portfolio managers, counsel, compliance, borrowers, and other parties.
• Supports process improvements and participates in assigned projects.
