Job summary
RBC Wealth Management in Minneapolis seeks a Senior Product Manager for Wires & ACH to advance payment transfer capabilities for high-net-worth clients within the private banking ecosystem. You will deliver a seamless digital experience for domestic and international wire transfers and ACH payments that integrate with the firm’s wealth platform.
You will own a multi-year product roadmap, drive regulatory-compliant designs, spearhead real-time processing, and partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance,
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Product Management within Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Consumer Digital Banking.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, CS, or related field.
- Deep understanding of payment rails (Fedwire, SWIFT, ACH) and the full transfer lifecycle.
- Experience with AML/KYC processes and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Define the multi-year roadmap for Wire and ACH products.
- Benchmark RBC against competitors to ensure market-leading experience.
- Lead modernization of domestic and international payment capabilities.
- Own end-to-end lifecycle for wires and ACH payments.
- Translate regulatory requirements into intuitive solutions.
- Define real-time processing and balance updates.
- Drive automation and optimize processing workflows.
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Advisors.
