Job summary

PNC, based in Philadelphia, seeks a Banking Advisor III to manage a Private Bank book of business and drive growth with high-net-worth clients. Responsibilities include advising on credit and cash management, building cross-team relationships, and ensuring credit policy compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and solid experience with credit products and relationship management within a Private Banking context.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a book of business with sales goals and requirements.
• Experience supporting High Net Worth clients.
• Credit and lending experience will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and provides guidance and advice on appropriate credit and cash management solutions for current and prospective high-net worth clients as part of a broader Private Banking team. Meets with internal and external clients to introduce and sell AMG banking products and services.
• Proficient at building relationships with internal and external partners, clients and COIs. Makes day-to-day decisions in executing AMG banking transactions to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Proficient in the origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit banking products and services. Manages/monitors book of business to ensure client satisfaction, client retention and expansion of sales revenue.
• Demonstrates strong ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests by utilizing knowledge of advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
• Provides leadership and mentoring to junior members of team. Ensures compliance with current banking policies and regulations.
