Job summary

The JPMorganChase Private Bank Client Center Team operates Client Centers worldwide, delivering first-class experiences for guests and clients. The Client Center Analyst guides day-to-day operations, manages reservations, meetings, events, protocols, catering, and financials, while supporting new satellite openings and project analysis.

Working with bankers, product partners, and operations, you will help ensure secure, efficient, and exceptional client interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of hospitality, event management, marketing/press relations, non-profit, or facilities management experience.
• Excellent time management and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage Client Center reservation books, including reporting and metrics.
• Oversee daily meetings and events at the Client Center.
• Develop, implement, and follow protocols for client meetings, including security and catering.
• Coordinate with catering partners and back-of-house staff; lead weekly BEO meetings.
• Survey client experience and recommend solutions based on feedback.
• Manage financials to ensure annual budget compliance.
• Support project analysis, new satellite Client Center openings, and handle administrative tasks such as invoice processing, vendor scheduling, and supply orders.
