Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Candidate must work within banking hours listed in the ad.
• Customer service experience in Retail or Hospitality preferred; banking experience a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to clients and manage the full client experience.
• Learn and promote branch technology; educate clients on its usage.
• Develop and manage consumer and business account relationships, identifying growth opportunities.
• Participate in ongoing training and regular sales meetings.
• Understand partner products and services to meet expressed and unexpressed client needs.
• Open products such as checking, money market, CDs, IRAs, Netteller, Debit Cards and complete credit card/loan applications.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, IRAs and CDs.
• Provide supervision in the absence of senior roles and support daily branch operations.
