Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers and refer to management for issues as needed.
• Promote deposit products and related services to reach defined goals and profitability.
• Develop new account relationships and open consumer accounts.
• Complete domestic wire requests within authority.
• Process teller transactions per policy; obtain supervisor approval when required.
• Assist with branch operations and administrative duties to improve efficiency.
• Support weekly staff meetings and sales activities.
• Adhere to CIP, BSA, AML and OFAC requirements and deadlines.
• Engage with the community and uphold the bank's mission and values.
