Job summary

Emergency Childcare Services is hiring babysitters who are energetic, reliable, and good with children. You will provide back-up care in families' homes, engage kids in play and learning activities, and log daily timesheets via a mobile app.

Expect to work Monday–Friday or at least three days weekly, with the ability to handle last-minute assignments. A warm, professional, and communicative approach is essential, with background checks as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of childcare experience (babysitter, nanny, teacher, youth leader, classroom aide, or similar).
• Willingness to accept last-minute assignments; same-day/next-day a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be available Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm, or at least 3 days a week.
• Provide top-notch childcare in families' homes.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and management.
• Care for children and engage in play and learning activities.

Now hiring for Fun, Outgoing, babysitters who have a passion for teaching and helping children grow!

Babysitters will provide back-up care for children when their usual arrangement is not available (e.g. cannot attend school, regular nanny is sick, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Be Available! (Monday-Friday, between 7am-7pm) or at least 3 days a week between 7am-7pm
• Provide top-notch childcare in families' homes
• Communicate promptly, clearly, and professionally with parents and management
• Care for children; Engage in play time and fun home learning activities
• Some light tidying up and/or light meal prep for kiddos
• Able to follow detailed instructions, and use mobile app to maintain schedule and enter timesheets promptly
• Be sure to complete daily sheet for each siting assignment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years of childcare experience working as a babysitter, nanny, teacher, youth leader, classroom aid, or similar
  
• Willingness and ability to accept last minute job assignments- for same day and next day assignments a PLUS
• High School diploma or equivalent at minimum (NO college required)
• 18 years old or older
• Reliable, punctual, patient, kind, and a great communicator
• Able to follow instructions and communicate professionally with office staff and families
• Experience with autism, ADHD, or other special needs is a PLUS
• Access to reliable car and willing to commute to assignments
• Eligible to work in the US
• Able and willing to undergo comprehensive background check
