The position supports valuation/ performance reporting, prepares investor packages, and collaborates with accounting staff and external auditors. A bachelor's degree and relevant experience are required, with CPA/CFA a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent); CPA and/or CFA a plus.
• Two (2) + years of experience in a related accounting or financial analyst position, preferably at a major public accounting firm or financial advisory firm.
• Experience with valuation techniques for debt and equity securities or financial modeling for an Alternatives investment manager.

Responsibilities

• Gather and track key metrics and benchmarks used in investment models.
• Develop valuation and distribution waterfalls based on investment documentation and take appropriate actions.
• Maintain portfolio company capitalization tables and resolve data discrepancies.
• Prepare documentation packages for each valuation and recommendations for management.
• Prepare portfolio summaries and periodic reports on portfolio performance for senior management.
• Participate in valuation committee meetings and collaborate with accounting and external auditors.
• Prepare investor reporting packages.
