Job summary

LP Analyst in Dallas is seeking a Document Administrator who will support the Private Asset Analyst team by handling document collection, organization, and data workflows.

You will coordinate with investment manager back-office teams, maintain a document warehouse, and assist on ad hoc projects with the data and analytics group. No prior experience required; strong MS Office skills and attention to detail are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (GPA 3.0+).
• No experience required, but administrative/organizational experience is a plus.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail when handling large data sets.
• Ability to work in a growing team and improve processes/technology.
• High self-motivation; able to learn quickly, meet deadlines, and seek leadership roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for private assets and financial analytics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating collection of documents from investor portals.
• Organizing documents by type and tagging classifications.
• Interacting with investment manager back-office teams.
• Tracking reporting timelines and triggering workflows.
• Delivering and maintaining the document warehouse for clients.
• Supporting the benchmark with document collection and investor information requests.
• Responding to global client and LP Analyst team requests.
• Collaborating with the data and analytics team on ad hoc projects.
