Job summary

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Scottsdale Princess, is seeking a Privado Lead Arrival Experience Coordinator to greet guests and manage the Privado front drive, delivering a warm, personalized arrival and seamless departure experience.

Reporting to Privado Managers, you will coordinate with Guest Services and Front Office, maintain luxury standards under pressure, and embody the Face of Privado to ensure every guest feels valued.

• Highly responsible and reliable individual with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to stay calm and courteous in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Must possess a valid US Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Be the Face of Privado by delivering a warm, confident, and professional stay.
• Assist arriving and departing guests with exceptional service and timely coordination.
• Coordinate vehicle flow and luggage handling for seamless arrivals and departures.
• Maintain a calm, organized environment and act as liaison between Guest Services and Front Office.
• Relay VIP requests and ensure smooth handoffs to appropriate departments.

Your engaging smile and personality are the essence of a great Privado Lead Arrival Experience Coordinator with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. As you personally greet our Guests throughout the day, you will be empowered to deliver on our mission of "Making Special Happen". The Privado Ambassador owns the hotel experience, responsible for delivering a warm, personalized, and anticipatory arrival and departure to all guests. This role hosts the lobby and front drive environment, ensuring each guest is recognized, guided, and seamlessly transitioned from vehicle to resort experience.

Reporting to Privado Managers, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Be the “Face of Privado” by setting the tone for the guest’s stay through a confident, warm, and professional presence
• Assist our arriving and departing guests while providing exceptional service
• Establish immediate guest connection and recognition while anticipating needs through observation, communication and prior knowledge
• Maintain a calm, organized, and luxury-focused environment
• Act as the central point of communication between Guest Services and Front Office teams
• Proactively identify and resolve potential congestion or service delays
• Owning and managing the Privado front drive while coordinating vehicle flow, ensuring efficient and safe guest arrival and departure
• Coordinate with Guest Services for timely luggage delivery and retrieval and assist luggage handling
• Ensure seamless handoff of guest needs without requiring guests to repeat requests
• Follow through on all arrival and departure related requests to completion
• Relay VIP arrivals, special requests, and service opportunities to appropriate departments

Qualifications

• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Prior experience in a Forbes-rated hotel preferred
• Must possess a professional presentation
• Must possess a valid US Driver’s License
