Job summary

Arena Intelligence, Inc. in San Francisco is hiring the first dedicated owner of privacy, compliance, and trust operations. You will be hands-on from day one, maturing core parts of the program and partnering with Engineering and Legal.

You will drive privacy implementations, risk management, and third‑party governance, including data lifecycle controls, DPIAs, and executive reporting. This role offers direct influence on product and commercial decisions touching trust and data.

Qualifications

• Experience building privacy or compliance programs where none existed.
• Strong understanding of GDPR and US state privacy regimes.
• Internal audit experience and control narrative ownership.
• Experience owning external partner relationships and contractual obligations.
• Ability to work with engineers on privacy and trust systems.

Responsibilities

• Own privacy operations and the commercial data path end-to-end.
• Manage compliance, risk, and third‑party governance programs.
• Oversee model-provider compliance and provider relationships.
• Govern trust and safety reporting, data handling, and escalation processes.
