• Minimum four years of privacy experience.
• Counsel clients on privacy compliance in transactional work.
• Draft and negotiate privacy-related contracts.
• Understand major privacy laws (e.g., TCPA, GLBA, FCRA, COPPA, GDPR).

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on privacy compliance in transactional work.
• Draft privacy and security policies and negotiate privacy-related contracts.
• Handle privacy components of corporate transactions, including M&A, IPOs, and due diligence.
• Stay ahead of federal, state, and international privacy laws and translate into guidance.
• Collaborate with partners to develop practical data governance strategies.
• Lead incident response, risk assessments, and regulatory strategy.
