What You’ll Do:

• Advise clients on a wide range of privacy, data protection, and information governance matters.
• Help organizations navigate complex U.S. and global privacy regulations, including state, federal, and international requirements.
• Draft and negotiate agreements involving data use, processing, transfer, and security terms.
• Provide guidance on regulatory compliance for emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.
• Lead clients through security incident response, breach notification obligations, and post‑incident remediation strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• J.D. with active bar membership.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in privacy, data security, or information law.
• Knowledge of key regulations such as CCPA, HIPAA, and related legislation.
