Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in privacy law with a focus on corporate transactional work.

• Proven track record in managing privacy and security aspects of corporate transactions (M&A, IPOs).
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
• Strong understanding of privacy laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of technology and online technologies preferred.
