Job summary

Skill is seeking a Product Owner for the Privacy Readiness program in New York. You will lead a major project implementing the OneTrust platform and business processes to support compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and New York privacy requirements.

You will own product development and prioritization for DSAR or Consent & Preference Management, coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver on project goals and align priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience as a product owner on technology implementations.
• Ability to work independently and drive results by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Well organized, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with clear communication at all levels.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations and documentation for diverse users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal cross-functional teams and coordinate with vendors to deliver project goals.
• Establish work plans, meetings, status reports, and monitor budget and financials.
• Create and maintain business requirements, stakeholder lists, and risk registers.
• Develop messaging and communication materials to engage stakeholders and gain alignment.
• Conduct benchmarking to stay informed of new privacy legislation and best practices.
• Perform testing of changes to processes and systems; document findings and resolve issues.
• Support a customer-centric culture by addressing stakeholder needs.
