Job summary

HCSC seeks a Privacy Office Coordinator to actively support and coordinate Privacy Office operations, gathering data on privacy cases, incidents, contracts, risks, and compliance, and to develop regular and ad-hoc reports.

This role supports and coordinates regulatory information dissemination, tracks initiatives under federal and state laws, and collaborates with staff across departments to resolve issues and ensure policy alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of the health care industry.
• Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with peers and resolve issues or complete initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate Privacy Office operations and initiatives.
• Gather privacy case, incident, contract, privacy risk, and privacy compliance data; develop and analyze reports.
• Manage Privacy Office databases and disseminate information from multiple sources.
• Coordinate regulatory information via intranet and internet; track and report regulatory initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure policy and procedure compliance.
