The successful candidate will work across a range of sophisticated matters, including data-related litigation, privacy counseling, cybersecurity, and emerging AI governance issues, alongside CIPP-certified practitioners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data privacy litigation experience in a large law firm or sophisticated boutique setting.
• Strong academic credentials.
• North Carolina licensure or eligibility to obtain North Carolina licensure.
