Equiliem seeks a Senior Product Analyst focused on Data Privacy & Governance in New York. Hybrid work includes 3 days onsite and 2 remote, with a pay rate of $60.00-$65.00 per hour.

You will partner with product owners, tech teams, and stakeholders to implement privacy governance and third-party data sharing initiatives, translating needs into clear requirements and tests. Qualifications

• Experience as a business analyst or product analyst supporting technology implementations.
• Experience in privacy, data governance, data protection, risk management, or compliance.
• Experience supporting software implementation projects, preferably privacy/governance/risk platforms.
• Experience with UAT, including test coordination and execution.
• Strong business analysis: requirements gathering, process documentation, workflow mapping, stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with OneTrust or similar privacy/governance platforms.
• Knowledge of privacy operations, data protection, or compliance programs.
• Ability to analyze business needs, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist product owners with development, testing, and documentation for privacy governance initiatives.
• Document current-state processes, requirements, capabilities, and gaps.
• Create future-state workflows and business requirements.
• Support automation of privacy processes through workflow docs and POC work.
• Produce process flows, wireframes, and strategic documents for varied audiences.
• Collaborate with tech teams to integrate privacy platforms with enterprise systems.
• Maintain and enhance privacy platforms, including data migration and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with vendors on OneTrust-related issues and testing.
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing with test scripts and trace defects.
• Identify opportunities to improve privacy processes and governance capabilities.
• Support integration of privacy controls across the data lifecycle.
• Develop and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Build consensus across business, technology, compliance, and other teams.
• Manage multiple priorities with accuracy and detail.
