Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with bar admission.
• 3–6 years of experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, AI, technology transactions, or IP licensing.
• CIPP/US certification required.
• Experience with breach notification and U.S. privacy laws.
• Strong drafting, writing, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on data privacy, cybersecurity, AI, technology transactions, and IP licensing matters.
• Counsel clients on cybersecurity incident response, including breach notification requirements.
• Draft and negotiate technology, licensing, privacy, data protection, AI governance, and other agreements.
• Advise on U.S. privacy laws and regulatory requirements, including state privacy laws, GLBA, HIPAA, COPPA.
• Support product counseling, AI deployment, digital marketing/adtech, and M&A privacy matters.
• Independently manage multiple matters and coordinate resources.
