The role partners with Product, Compliance, Regulatory, Security, and Legal teams to operationalize privacy standards across evolving blockchain solutions, with an emphasis on practical, business‑driven guidance.

Qualifications

Law degree and bar admission required; experience with privacy or data protection law is essential.
Experience advising on privacy or data protection in financial services, fintech or digital assets preferred.
Strong writing and communication skills with ability to translate complex privacy concepts for business teams.

Responsibilities

Analyze privacy and data protection for digital assets, blockchain, and related technologies to ensure global compliance.
Provide day-to-day privacy guidance to product teams involved in digital assets, crypto payments, and embedded finance.
Support BVNK integration and ongoing operation, addressing privacy requirements and remediation needs.
Develop US privacy compliance measures, including GLBA and data security program considerations.
Raise privacy and cyber security awareness through training and cross‑functional collaboration.
Monitor regulatory developments affecting crypto, stablecoins, and cross‑border payments.
Draft and negotiate privacy language in vendor, customer, and partner agreements.
Identify opportunities to improve privacy governance for emerging products while maintaining compliance.
