You will help shape privacy programs, support due diligence, and collaborate on technology product development and contracting, while handling confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• JD required and bar membership in good standing.
• 3+ years of in-house law department experience, at least 1 year in privacy law.
• CIPP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be go-to advisor for privacy, cybersecurity, and emerging AI laws globally, and for business partners.
• Elevate and evolve established privacy programs that support enterprise-wide compliance.
• Support privacy and data security due diligence with precision.
• Shape technology product development and commercial operations, including contracting when needed.
• Handle sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgment.
• Adapt to new challenges as they arise.
