Job summary

Porsche Cars North America is seeking an experienced Privacy Operations role to manage data privacy compliance, including DSR responses, cross-functional collaboration, and audits. The position works hybrid with a focus on policy documentation and process improvements within a fast-paced environment.

The role supports privacy program processes, KPI tracking, and document management across Legal/Privacy, data governance, and information security teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience; project management a plus.
• CRM technologies and databases; SAP/Salesforce experience a plus; privacy frameworks knowledge (CCPA/CPRA).

Responsibilities

• Manage privacy compliance operations, including DSR responses and regulatory adherence.
• Liaise across departments, document policies, and propose process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and laws; assist audits and reporting.
• Conduct internal audits and maintain records of data collection activities.
• Support privacy program processes, KPI tracking, and tooling workflow management (JIRA, etc.).
