Responsibilities
- Lead privacy investigations and research HIPAA/privacy regulations.
- Review contracts and data sharing agreements for compliance.
- Develop privacy training programs for agency personnel.
- Provide legal opinions on privacy, data governance and regulatory matters.
- Draft and review agency regulations and supporting documentation.
