Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Privacy and Cyber Litigation Associate to join our Detroit, MI team. The ideal candidate has 4 to 6 years of litigation experience, preferably in privacy, cyber, consumer-focused, or class action litigation, and/or federal court litigation.

JD required with strong academic credentials. The role involves managing day-to-day case activities, researching issues, drafting pleadings, and handling depositions while negotiating with opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• JD degree required.
• Excellent academic and professional credentials.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Federal clerkship experience preferred.
• Experience with privacy-related statutes a plus.
• Good standing in the state of residence.
