Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Privacy and Cyber Litigation Associate for their San Francisco, CA office. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of litigation experience, preferably in privacy, cyber, consumer-focused, or class action litigation, and/or federal court litigation.

Duties include managing day-to-day case activities and leading fact investigations; researching legal issues; drafting pleadings such as answers, motions, and briefs; conducting depositions; and negotiating with

Qualifications

• Excellent academic and professional credentials.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing client relationships.
• Federal clerkship experience preferred.
• Ability to deliver smaller projects with limited supervision.
• Experience with privacy-related statutes is a plus.
