Under the Privacy Manager, you will help foster a culture of privacy, stay current on laws like GLBA, CCPA/CPRA, and HIPAA, and assist with investigations, assessments, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of privacy-related work experience.
• Foundational understanding of GLBA, CCPA/CPRA, and HIPAA.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to communicate policies clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the privacy inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely way.
• Track privacy metrics and mailbox trends for process improvements.
• Assist with privacy risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Support privacy investigations with documentation and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain privacy policies, notices, and consent forms.
• Review privacy forms and procedures for accuracy and alignment with risk tolerance.
• Contribute to privacy incident investigations and communications.
• Support privacy outreach and awareness initiatives across the organization.
