MADIFF Polska is seeking a Senior Privacy Analyst to support GDPR compliance, data protection processes, and privacy risk management in an international financial services environment. The role focuses on PIAs, DPIAs, and privacy-by-design across product development and implementation.

The consultant will collaborate with legal, compliance, IT and business teams to identify privacy risks, maintain privacy documentation, and improve data protection processes within the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial experience in data privacy, privacy compliance or data protection.
• Good understanding of GDPR and data protection principles.
• Experience preparing or reviewing PIAs and DPIAs.
• Ability to review technical and business processes from a privacy perspective.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Strong professional English and ability to work independently in an international environment.

Aufgaben

• Support privacy reviews for new business and technology projects.
• Prepare and review Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs).
• Prepare and review Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
• Work with project teams to identify privacy risks.
• Review implementation plans and privacy remediation activities.
• Support privacy requirements during product design and development.
• Provide guidance on privacy-related questions from business stakeholders.
• Support record retention and data retention processes.
• Review privacy notices and their implementation.
• Support cookie compliance requirements.
• Participate in data inventory activities.
• Prepare privacy compliance reports and dashboards.
• Track Privacy Office metrics.
• Support privacy awareness and training activities.
• Cooperate with legal, compliance, IT and business teams.
• Communicate with vendors and customers when required.

The role focuses on conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), reviewing privacy requirements for new technology and business projects, and ensuring compliance throughout product development and implementation. The consultant will collaborate closely with legal, compliance, IT, and business teams to identify privacy risks, support Privacy by Design principles, maintain privacy documentation, and improve data protection processes across the organisation.
