Job summary

Northeast Counseling Services is seeking a compassionate Prison Reintegration Case Manager to help justice-involved individuals transition back into the community. This mission-driven role focuses on connecting clients with recovery, stability, and independence through coordinated access to essential services.

The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree and knowledge of mental health and substance use systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of mental health, substance use, and social service systems.
• Behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate connections to community services for reintegration of justice-involved individuals.
• Provide case management to support recovery, stability, and independence.
• Collaborate with treatment providers, social services, and law enforcement as needed.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
