Qualifications

• Proficiency in payroll processing and timekeeping systems.
• Ability to read and apply union contracts to payroll.
• Maintaining employee records with confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review daily time and attendance records for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Enter data for new hires, terminations, or status changes in PowerTime.
• Maintain payroll information by collecting and analyzing data.
• Process biweekly payroll.
• Maintain payroll filing system and respond to payroll inquiries.
• Distribute payroll reports and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain leave balances and schedule vacations and PTO as applicable.
• Track overtime and military leave and communicate changes to staff.
• Prepare call sheets and manage badge issuance and updates.
