Reporting to the Director and working alongside the Lower School Core Group, this position acts as a key bridge between section faculty, leadership, and parents to foster clear communication and align operations with Waldorf principles. The coordinator directly liaisons with faculty by soliciting their needs, supporting their ongoing development, nurturing collaboration, and guiding the flow of information across the school.
