Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Technician I – Prior Authorizations to manage inbound calls and faxes from providers, pharmacies, and members. You will support the prior authorization process with accurate documentation and collaborate with pharmacists for escalations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to apply basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and faxes for prior authorizations with professional, courteous service.
• Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation of reviews.
• Escalate clinical questions to the pharmacist team as needed.
• Assist with outbound calls, processing prior auths via fax/ePA, and replying to inquiries.
• Support leadership with additional duties as assigned.
