OOS Management Corp. is looking for a meticulous Authorizations Specialist in New York City. You will be responsible for submitting and tracking prior authorization requests to insurance companies, helping our therapists and BCBAs serve families effectively.

Qualifications

• Direct experience submitting prior authorizations to insurance payers.
• Knowledge of ABA, behavioral health, or pediatric therapy authorization processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume queues.

Responsibilities

• Submit and track prior authorization requests to insurance companies daily.
• Communicate with insurance providers to resolve authorization denials and delays.
• Maintain accurate authorization records in the Bolt platform.
