Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration in state where employed or licensure/certification within 6–9 months as required.
• 1+ year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate medication approvals with insurance companies and clinicians.
• Input data and adjudicate claims in pharmacy systems; process refills.
• Document patient concerns and PA status across databases and emails.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Assist patients with managing pharmacy insurance claims and financial assistance needs.
• Support medication adherence and patient communication by phone.
