Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in prior authorization or healthcare revenue cycle.
• 1+ years supervisory/leadership experience or leadership training.
• 1+ year of EPIC referral and prior authorization workflows.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Prior Authorization Specialists and Leads.
• Ensure Epic workflow and work queue standards are followed.
• Collaborate with IT on Epic configuration and builds.
• Support denial management and payer requirement changes.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
