Prevea Health is seeking a Prior Authorization Supervisor to support and supervise the Prior Authorization team across services. The role ensures standardized use of Epic referral modules, maintains documentation quality, and ensures timely processing of authorizations.

You will liaison between staff, IT, and clinical departments to optimize workflows and maintain regulatory compliance while promoting Prevea's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Supervises Prior Authorization staff and Leads across service areas.
• Experience with Epic referral modules and work queues.
• Ensures adherence to authorization documentation standards and timely processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Prior Authorization Manager in developing and implementing authorization operations.
• Collaborate with IT, Clinical departments, and Business Office on workflow improvements and configuration.
• Provide coaching and performance guidance to staff and manage schedules and assignments.
