Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with EPIC referral and prior authorization workflows.
• Knowledge of payer requirements and insurance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Prior Authorization Specialists and Leads; coaching, scheduling, and work assignment.
• Ensure adherence to Epic workflows and documentation standards; monitor queues.
• Collaborate with IT and Business Office on workflows and denial management.
• Support staff training, onboarding, and process improvement initiatives.
• Communicate payer changes and regulatory updates to staff in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and support continuity of care across departments.
