Job summary

University Galleries at the University of San Diego seeks a Hoehn Curatorial Fellow for Prints to coordinate major exhibitions and advise on the print collection. The Fellow will supervise student interns and develop an original print-focused exhibition and publication that enhances scholarly reputation.

The role requires an MA with emphasis on print culture, museum experience with works on paper, and strong editorial abilities. Evening hours and on-campus collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• MA with clear emphasis on print culture.
• Experience with works on paper in a museum setting and with exhibition/collections management.
• PhD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate most exhibitions in the Hoehn Family Galleries.
• Advise on aspects of the University Print Collection and supervise interns.
• Produce an original print-focused exhibition and publication.
• Contribute to strategic projects for the Executive Director of University Design & Galleries.
