Job summary

The Cincinnati Art Museum invites applications for a three-year Curatorial Fellowship in the Prints Department. The Fellow will work closely with the Curator of Prints on research, collection management, and department projects, including exhibitions, publications and programming.

This full-time position (35 hours/week) begins Fall/Winter 2026 and includes benefits and paid time off. Domestic and international travel may be required; a passport is required.

Qualifications

• MA in Art History or related field, with focus on prints.
• 2 years museum experience minimum.
• Knowledge of fine art prints, handling, display, and storage.
• Proficiency in at least one European language (French or German).
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with TMS.
• Strong research and organizational abilities; capable of independent work.
• Valid passport; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Research, manage, develop, and care for department collections and projects.
• Collaborate with museum team and external stakeholders to administer projects timely.
• Advance individual research intersecting with CAM collections that could lead to exhibitions or publications.
• Support exhibitions, publications, and programming within the Prints department.
