Cartamundi-East-Longmeadow-LLC in Erlanger, KY is hiring a Printing Supervisor to oversee 46 hourly staff across multiple production areas. You will drive safety, quality, cost, and throughput while coaching and developing a high-performance team.

You will lead Lean, Six Sigma, and TQM initiatives, coordinate staffing, and ensure on-time delivery. Strong SAP and MS Office skills required; first shift, Monday–Friday, on-site.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Operations Management, Organizational Leadership and/or Engineering.
• Lean Manufacturing/Toyota Production System knowledge.
• Six Sigma methodologies knowledge.
• Total Quality Management Systems knowledge.
• Demonstrated leadership experience coaching and developing others.
• Team player with cross-functional problem solving and win-win solutions.
• Strong communication across departments; proficient in common software tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 46 hourly personnel across sheetfed, die-cutting, folding, and gluing in all shifts.
• Develop subordinates and drive safety, quality, cost, and throughput goals.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and TQM initiatives; focus on 5S/visual management and TPM.
• Plan staffing to meet daily production; coordinate with Scheduling and Sales for on-time delivery (>99%).
• Make quality disposition decisions on holds and scrap; monitor delivered product quality.
• Use SAP and MS Office to record production, transfers, and inventories; assist subordinates with issues.
• Primary shift is Monday-Friday first shift; other shifts as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
