Job summary

Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is hiring at the Clearfield Job Corps Center in Clearfield, UT. You will coordinate the production of printed materials, ensuring compliance with directives, and support multiple departments with timely deliverables.

The role requires preventing downtime through proactive equipment care, maintaining inventory, and liaising with teams. Strong communication, computer skills, and a valid driver's license are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years printing or related experience required.
• Proficient in all facets of small format print production; offset; digital, bindery, and graphics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, unless waived by management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production of printed materials as needed by departments, in compliance with government and management directives.
• Produce printed materials for job specifications; setting-up, operating, adjusting, controlling and maintaining printing equipment.
• Acquire supplies and materials needed to meet printing production requirements.
• Organize workflow to meet delivery schedule and to complete assigned jobs.
• Monitor use of printing equipment and supplies.
• Maintain optimal machine performance by correcting simple machine problems and performing minor repairs as needed.
• Recommend printing equipment purchases.
• Maintain the printing supplies inventory.
