Job summary

UCS Inc. in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a dependable printing professional to operate and maintain large format finishing equipment. You will load materials, ensure proper alignment, and perform pre-press tasks to prepare files for print.

Responsibilities include quality checks, troubleshooting equipment, organizing the print queue, and keeping a clean, safe workspace while collaborating with the team to meet deadlines. Prior printing experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing or graphic design is a plus.
• Previous experience in a printing environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with large format printing processes and equipment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. materials and stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving repetitive motions.
• Basic knowledge of file preparation software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus but not required.
