Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years printing or related experience required.
• Proficient in all facets of small format print production; offset; digital, bindery, and graphics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, unless waived by management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production of printed materials as needed by departments, in compliance with government and management directives.
• Produce printed materials for job specifications; setting-up, operating, adjusting, controlling and maintaining printing equipment.
• Acquire supplies and materials needed to meet printing production requirements.
• Organize workflow to meet delivery schedule and to complete assigned jobs.
• Monitor use of printing equipment and supplies.
• Maintain optimal machine performance by correcting simple machine problems and performing minor repairs as needed.
• Recommend printing equipment purchases.
• Maintain the printing supplies inventory.
